The Bias Decoder

A diagnostic instrument, not a product launch

Every leader we work with separates two kinds of feedback: the substantive kind, and the kind shaped by how they are seen rather than what they did.

We are developing an instrument that assists with that specific task, built from the patterns documented in our own practice. It is not a consumer app, and it is not for general release. Where it is relevant, we introduce it directly to leaders already in conversation with the practice.

How it works

01

You paste in the feedback

A board note, an investor email, a performance review, a post-meeting debrief.

02

It separates the signal

What is substantive and worth acting on, what fits a documented pattern, and what is genuinely ambiguous.

03

You respond from clarity

A suggested action, a reframe, or the precise clarifying question to ask, with the reasoning shown, not hidden behind the output.

This sits inside the practice, not alongside it. It is not sold separately, and it is not the reason to get in touch.
